I tried Keke’s after seeing it online and went in expecting it to be a little more impressive. The food was good and the portions were decent, but nothing really stood out or made me feel like it lived up to the hype. Prices felt a bit high for what you get, especially once you add drinks or sides. Service was perfectly fine and there weren’t any real issues. I’d go back if friends wanted to, but I wouldn’t say it’s a great value, more like an okay treat every now and then.

We came in with our kids hoping for an easy family meal, but the staff seemed annoyed by them from the start. The seating was also really cramped, which made it hard to relax. Overall, it felt less like we were welcomed guests and more like just another ticket number they wanted to get through.

The people there were nice and polite, so honestly... no complaints about the friendliness at all. It just felt like the service took longer than it should have, and no one really checked back in much. Not a bad experience, just not really a great one either. I’d maybe give it another try if I happened to be nearby.

I checked out the menu it’s mostly the same basic breakfast stuff you see everywhere. If you’re not in the mood for pancakes, there really isn’t much to get excited about. I also reached out with a question and the email response felt like it was written by a robot, which didn’t help the experience...

i was disappointed with my takeout order from Keke’s. I ordered through the site, but the delivery took way longer than the estimate, and by the time the food got here, it was cold. The pancakes were soggy, the eggs looked like they’d been sitting for a while, and the fruit cup was really small. They also forgot the syrup, which is kind of a big deal when you order pancakes. I tried calling about it but couldn’t really get anywhere. I don’t think I’ll be ordering takeout from here again.

What made it more frustrating was getting different answers depending on who I asked about it, which just made the whole experience feel even more disorganized

I’ve been to a few Keke’s, it really depends on which one you go to. Some locations are good, but others seem to mess up basic things that should be simple. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but the food and service should at least be consistent from place to place
